'I eat less and feel full soon, so I can't get enough nutrition from eating. The Liver Essential works good, actually I was taking other brand with milk thistle before and it is expensive. Milk thistle is well know for its. effectiveness in liver cell cleanse and detoxify. The Liver Essential contains 80% Silymarin (standardised) and other herbal. It also help to improve sleep quality as well. In fact, I recommend to my sister-in-law who drinks and she felt good after try.'

'Liver essentials was a good deal to help my liver. Within a week of taking it i could feel things happening that suggested i was going through a detox. But after a week it was back to normal. 'Our livers are the largest filter in our body. After doing a bit of research there're are a variety of ingredients could do the liver some good. This combination is one of the better ones I have seen at the price its at. Whether it does any good or not will be a long term study on each of us individually but its worth taking given the possible benefits. I am going to continue taking this for a awhile unless I find a better combinations at a better price!'
